Cancellation Policy

Please read and agree to the following policy before registering. ❌ Refunds All ticket sales are final. Due to limited seating and preparation for each attendee, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including no-shows. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your seat. This deposit will be used to cover class tools and materials specifically prepared for your session. 🔁 Transfers If you can no longer attend, your ticket can be transferred to another person or used as a credit toward a future class or the online course, as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the event. ⏳ Cancellations or Rescheduling by Touched by Tyra If the event must be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to: Transfer your ticket to another city or future tour date Apply the amount as credit toward the online course Receive a full refund if no other option works for you ⏰ Late Arrival Policy Doors close 30 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you arrive later than 30 minutes, you may not be able to participate and no refund or credit will be issued. By registering, you acknowledge and accept the terms above.
