Having served over 600 clients and built a successful, fully booked business, I bring hands on experience as a licensed stylist, master loctician, instructor, and certified trichologist. I do not simply teach techniques. I teach precision, structure, business strategy, and the mindset required to build longevity in this industry.

How the Program Works
Session 1 Clarity & Foundation
We’ll start by getting to know you, your goals, your current skill level, your business setup, and any challenges you’re facing. This session is about uncovering where you are now and where you want to go, so we can create a customized roadmap to get you there.
Session 2
Skills & Technique Audit
We’ll review your loc or natural hair techniques, product usage, and client care approach. I’ll provide honest, constructive feedback and introduce proven methods to improve your results, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Session 3
Business Strategy & Pricing
We’ll dive into your business structure, pricing, and service menu. You’ll learn how to set rates that reflect your value, create packages clients love, and position yourself as the go-to professional in your area or niche.
Session 4 Marketing & Client Growth
We’ll map out a marketing plan that attracts your ideal clients, builds your brand, and keeps your books full. This can include social media strategy, content ideas, and how to leverage reviews and referrals.
Ongoing Mentorship, Accountability & Growth
You’ll have the option to continue mentorship for ongoing guidance, troubleshooting, and scaling. These sessions keep you accountable, ensure you’re implementing what you’ve learned, and help you navigate new opportunities as they come. Additionally, you’ll gain access to retirement planning tools and strategies specifically tailored for stylists and small business owners, helping you secure your financial future while building your career.
Investment and Enrollment Details
Rates and Packages
Single Session: $100 per hour
3-Session Package: $220 (save $80)
5-Session Package: $420 (save $80)
Format
All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom in a private, one-on-one setting designed specifically around your business goals and skill level.​​​

Application Process
All coaching participants must complete a brief application and business audit before booking.

To begin, click “Apply Here,” select the date you would like to start your first session, enter your information, and complete the required intake form. This process allows me to review your business structure, pricing, and goals in advance so our time together is focused and productive.

After reviewing your submission, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will include your official acceptance and an invoice, which must be paid prior to your first scheduled session in order to secure your spot.
