Cancelation Policy
If a client is unable to make their appointment please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time. - No extra people allowed with client - No kids allowed with parent, only if their being serviced. - If you have a “No Call No Show” you will not receive another appointment. - No Call No Show fee is 50% - Late Cancel fee is 25% - For clients that come to me: If you are more than 10 minutes late there is a $10 fee added to your total service. After 10 minutes it will be $1 a minute every minute your are late up to 20 minutes which results in a $40 No Call No Show Fee. Any late fees along your style service fee will be due upon arrival before your stylist begins.
